Spend Valentine’s Day With Us

Hello, young (and old) lovers. Chef Yoel Cruz is going to hook you up this coming V-Day. Want to impress a prospective love? How about rekindling a long-term passion? Head to North Square and tuck into our three-course $60 tasting menu. Seriously, where else can you find such a tasty feast for 60 bucks?

Here’s what he’s got planned:

Every meal will start with an amuse bouche of salmon tartare with avocado, sesame cracker, and miso vinaigrette.

It won’t come as a shock that oysters are offered as one of the first courses:  Malpeque, Yaquina, Wellfleet and Blue Point with a sherry mignonette and housemade cocktail sauce. Lobster and crab cakes, Chef Cruz’s to-die-for quail, lobster bisque and goat cheese ravioli are some of the other dishes that you can start your meal with.

Main courses include arctic char, grilled hangar steak, herb crusted rack of lamb (yum!), duck and sea scallops. Pastry Chef Alana Ford will prepare a red wine pear frangipane, espresso crème brulée, key lime pie and a red velvet cake for two. That’s RED VELVET CAKE FOR TWO!!! We are now officially drooling.

Is there anything more romantic than a full tummy? Not in our book.

But who needs to be in love to enjoy a good meal? Sometimes Cupid’s arrow misses and you’ve been dumped. (Believe me, we have, so we feel your pain.) In that case, nothing screams revenge better than eating well. Why not get back at that no-account jerk by settling in with a friend for a luxurious three-course meal, all the while reveling in the fact that your ex is probably at that very moment idling at a drive-through requesting fries with that shake? How’s that for sweet payback?

It will be one of the best meals of your life.
