Apart from the “Washington Square regulars” and “half of NYU”, “no one knows” about this “swell little neighborhood place”, a “favorite” of “grown-ups” who “count on” its “superior”, “value”-priced New American cuisine and “cordial, pro” service; an “easy” vibe — i.e. you “can talk without going hoarse” — seals the deal.

Decor came in with a 19.  Service copped a score of 22.  And the grade for the chow?  Chef Joel Cruz and staff maintained a solid 23!

The Sunday Jazz brunch, braised short ribs and chopped salad merited special mentions from our customers. (Why?  Um, because they’re awesome.)
