A weekend-long screening of nominated movies. Saturday’s session features five animated and five live-action mini-movies. On Sunday, five documentary short nominees will be shown.

Westminster Kennel Dog Show
More than 3,000 dogs representing 187 breeds and varieties at the 137th annual show where dogs are judged across seven divisions (hound, toy, nonsporting, herding, sporting, working and terrier). Chinese Lunar New Year Firecracker Ceremony
The Better Chinatown Society lights 500,000 firecrackers to welcome on the first day of the Chinese New Year. (This year will be the Year of the Snake.) There will also be lion dances, craft vendors and food booth.
